Sometimes as we get older and face life's disappointments, it's easy to turn bitter, lose faith, or just have a bad attitude (I'm guilty, too!). One of the most endearing qualities children can have is the abaility to BELIEVE in themselves and the future and... to hold on to that feeling.
JOURNEY'S "Don't Stop Believing" has turned into a theme song for our 14-year-old son and his friends. They just love this song! Jarrod even used it as the theme for a class project in 8th Grade. (Of course, his dad and I think it's pretty cool he likes a song we actually know the words too!) In a time when the media seems to focus on all the negatives, it's a refreshing change to believe in the future and eachother.
