18 AND AMAZING!

Today we took our 18-year-old daughter to interview for a presidential scholarship at her soon to be collegiate home. She was nervous, although she played it cool. As we stood there waiting for the student ambassador to escort her to the interview, I just enjoyed basking in the light of her glory. At 18 she is just amazing. She is bright, dedicated, disciplined, and like the perfect corner brownie she is a little bit hard around the edges, but oh so warm and gooey on the inside. I feel so blessed to be in her life and cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.
