CHRISTMAS IS OFFICALLY OVER

Last night we packed up the last of the Christmas decorations and stored them away for another year. Special thanks to my hubby, who took all the ornaments off the tree, layered them into the ornament tub--breaking not a one--and shoved the tree back into the box. Why is it that no matter how hard you try the tree NEVER fits back into the box? For that matter, why do all the Christmas decorations NEVER seem to fit quite right going back into the tubs they were so lovingly taken out just one short month ago??????????????

One final Christmas memory to share...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Six-year-old Aiden had a solo for the Christmas program at his church. In the weeks leading up to the program, the children practiced their songs religiously (pun intended!). It was finally Aiden's turn to rehearse his solo--"Go Tell It On The Mountain". In a loud, enthusiastic voice he began, "Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go!" Gotta love him!
