While learning the life stages of a butterfly/moth, we used a lot of repetition. EGG, CATERPILLAR, CACOON, BUTTERFLY....EGG, CATERPILLAR, CACOON, BUTTERFLY....EGG, CATERPILLAR, CACOON, BUTTERFLY.
When asking for volunteers to tell the class the life stages of a butterfly one very excited little guy exclaimed: EGG, CATERPILLAR, RACOON, BUTTERLFY!
